THE CLASH OF THE TITANS ...

Three of the biggest bands in Australasian rock 'n' roll history will join forces in a Clash of the Titans for a seven date hit and run tour which includes The Battle for Havelock North at Black Barn Vineyards. Each band in their own right are multi-platinum recording artists with connections to New Zealand that go way back, with many songs etched in our memory.

Who could forget Computer Games, April Sun in Cuba or No Secrets, and that's just the tip of this procession of big tunes played hard and strong!

To make things even more interesting, the playing order is decided by a toss of the coin on the night and the sets are kept to the most essential, meaning the punters will know every song that's belted out from the stage.

The Clash of the Titans -- The Angels, Dragon & Mi-Sex is unique to New Zealand and will never be repeated.

The Angels, who were regular visitors up until the late 90s, toured NZ this year with Billy Idol, Dragon tore up stages around New Zealand in last year's inaugural Clash of the Titans, and Mi-Sex have only touched down at home briefly.

So, the stage is set -- drag out your vinyl, rewind your cassettes and turn up your CDs 'til your neighbours start to worry, cause the boys are coming back to town and the houses are going to rock.

* The Battle for Havelock North, Blackbarn Vineyards, Afternoon show, Sunday, February 21
