Pet of the Week: Tui

Pet of the Week: Tui

Napier SPCA always has cute animals in need of new homes.

To help them find a loving family - and to break up your Friday with a cute animal pic (because the Internet doesn't have enough), we've started an online feature "Pet of the Week".

It will include details of one SPCA animal up for adoption each week. Who knows, it may lead you to a new best friend - or "loveable troublemaker".

Tui

Tui is a 3-year-old female cat who was found as a stray in Meeanee.

Tui is the SPCA's longest resident cat. She came in on August 3 and so it is time for her to get a home.

Tui is a very relaxed cat who just wants a comfy bed (or lap!) to curl up on.

Christmas

If you're going on holiday and leaving pets at home to be fed by someone else, ensure they're reliable.

The SPCA spends a lot of time during the holidays feeding and looking after animals because the person who was supposed to do it failed to do so.

Carers need to provide dogs with exercise as well as food - it isn't very fair that their family is having fun somewhere and they are stuck on a chain the whole time.

Go here more details about Napier SPCA here.
