Captain America (Chris Evans) must go back to his World War II days to help Nick Fury.

Captain America has never been able to match it with Iron Man, Thor or even The Hulk in the popularity stakes. Physically, maybe, but he was a bit of a goody-goody when it came to fighting the baddies.

But you can safely bury those thoughts as he fights to save thousands of lives in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Although he doesn't abandon his morals of honesty and integrity, he is willing to do what needs to be done to fulfil his mission. Captain America's latest mission is over two hours of non-stop action and intrigue, with a plot that keeps you guessing long into the movie.

Captain America/Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) is the only man S.H.I.E.L.D. boss Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) can trust when the organisation is infiltrated from the inside.

When an assassination attempt is made on his life, Fury takes Rogers into his confidence and tasks him with stopping the mysterious Hydra programme from taking hold. Relying on the help of the Black Widow/Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson), Rogers must go back to the beginning to discover who is behind Hydra.
