Young people have the opportunity to mix with and learn from Hamilton's Rezpect Dance Crew in a street dance workshop starting tonight.

Rezpect is running the workshop at the Lawson Field Theatre for enthusiastic dancers aged five to 24.

The two-day programme will include workshops catering to varied skills and abilities, plus the opportunity to be a part of a dance video project.

Tonight's workshops are for beginners 13 years and over and intermediate/advanced dancers 13 years and over.

Tomorrow features workshops for age groups from five to 12 years.

Stage rehearsals will be held for this from 3.30 to 5.30pm.

Rezpect Dance Academy was founded in Hastings in 2010 to inspire and encourage young people through dance.
