Mr West comes from a role in funding and population at Hauora Tairawhiti and previously worked for five years in Wellington for the Ministry of Health before deciding to move back to his home town. He was enjoying his new role at Dunblane.
Mr West said the management team had put new systems in place.
Mrs Williams comes from the Emergency Department at Gisborne Hospital and previously worked at the hospital at Te Puia.
She started at Dunblane last month after deciding she wanted to get away from shift hours to spend more time with her family.
Mr Lund said he came to Gisborne because of the relaxed ifestyle.
He can often be seen playing the piano while Dunblane residents sing along.
