The dropout on the very top of D9 Hill in Tikitiki doesn’t seem to be a serious problem with Downer. There’s no proper signage to indicate that there is a serious drop-out there, and surely there should be flashing lights to worn any night-time traffic. Unaware outside traffic could cause serious damage to their vehicles. So come on Downer, you’ve done well up till now.
