Wow, Wow! . . . . Just where do I start for such a brillant night of dance with the Dancefit Studio Concert held on Friday and Saturday at the War Memorial Theatre — absolutely mind-blowing from start to finish.
Advanced level 2 started the night off with a fantastic
display of talent and dance, and this continued into each dance group ranging from junior jammers with “Ghostbusters”, junior novices with “Chillin’ like a villian” right through to adults and advanced levels.
As a parent of two children in Dancefit, I take my hat off to Tessa and assistant Jasmine Sargent for putting together such stunning performances with their choreography, and also help from various advanced dancers with the junior and primary groups.
Every single dancer put their heart and soul into their routines and I was one proud father watching my son and daughter enjoying their respective dance performances.
I find Tessa’s choreography ability absolutely amazing . . . I would have trouble remembering the various moves of one dance, let alone the number that she has to work out for the various groups.
