It will be a bootcamp morning with a difference - a fundraising breakfast to follow.
Nicola McElwain is organising a second breast cancer fundraising breakfast in Whanganui this year, on behalf of Wanganui Bootcamp. It's on May 27, and begins at 8.30am with a half hour fitness session.
The cost will be $25, with $10 from each ticket going straight to breast cancer research and support.
Amanda Foulkes will lead the workout at Peat Park - or at the Braves Softball Club in Puriri St if the weather is rainy.
After exercise the attenders move to Caroline's Boatshed Bar & Eatery in Aramoho for breakfast just after 9am. They will all get a goodie bag and a chance to buy raffle tickets and cupcakes.
The exercise will be moderate, McElwain said, and is optional. The ticket price is $25, regardless of whether people do the workout.
McElwain has been going to the bootcamp for two years, and said the breakfast was mainly a fun thing. But it does have a serious purpose.
"I found a lump on my breast years ago, so I'm very cautious about breast cancer. Also a couple girls in bootcamp might have died of breast cancer."
