1 - Missing woman confirmed dead - police
Police have confirmed this morning that the body of a woman found inside a car is that of missing 25-year-old woman Kelly Ann Sinclair.

2 - Crashed car belonged to missing woman
Police have confirmed the crashed car found down
a bank off State Highway 2 this afternoon is that of missing Waihi Beach woman Kelly Ann Sinclair.

3 - SH2 re-opened after spill
The section of State Highway 2 at Te Puna which was closed this morning has now been re-opened. The section of highway between Clarke Rd and Te Puna Station Rd was closed after a diesel spill.

4 - Heavy rain watch for Bay
A heavy rain watch has been issued for the Bay of Plenty region this morning. Metservice issued the watch as a broad trough of low pressure lies over the North Island.

5 - Apiata to speak at Gate Pa commemoration
Highly decorated New Zealand soldier Bill (Willie) Apiata has been confirmed as guest speaker at Tauranga's Battle of Gate Pa 150th commemoration dinner this month.
