Adults and young people were involved in an “altercation” in Pāpāmoa this afternoon, police say.
A police spokesperson said “disorder” was reported in Ebba Te Tua Place about 2.35pm.
Police said the people involved were separated and the situation was settled about 3pm.
One man was arrested.
