Bay of Plenty and Te Puna halfback Te Aihe Toma will be in the international spotlight in Ireland tomorrow morning.

Toma is set to get game time from the bench for Munster against the Maori All Blacks tomorrow (8.30am NZ time).

The 23-year-old halfback was called into the Munster squad on Monday as a result of a long-term injury to Cathal Sheridan (ankle), while Conor Murray is unavailable through international commitments with Ireland.

Toma (Ngai Tamawhariua and Te Rangihouhiri) has made 34 appearances for the Bay of Plenty and lined out for the Highlanders on three occasions during the 2016 Super Rugby season.
