Three years after Warwick Sisson was killed in a horrific road smash, his family  say yesterday's sentencing of the speeding driver who smashed into his vehicle does not give them closure.
Kayla Gebert, now 21, was driving at least 30km/h over the speed limit when her car crashed into the back
of Mr Sisson's vehicle after he turned from a side street in front of her on Whangamata's Achilles Ave on July 7, 2006.
