One person has been arrested following what police are calling a family harm incident in Greerton yesterday.
Police were called to reports of a family harm incident in Greerton about 7pm on Friday.
A police media spokeswoman said one person has been charged with assault with a weapon and will appear in Tauranga District Court on Friday.
One person also sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene, the spokeswoman said.
Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
