Night Owl Cinema to show across Bay

The Night Owl Cinema will bring outdoor film across the Bay this summer after high demand and increased support has allowed the show to go on the road.

A $10,000 grand from BayTrust enabled 13 open-air movie nights to show from late October to March.

The locations will include the Historic Village, Omokoroa Domain, Tye Park in Welcome Bay, Fergusson Park and Papamoa College.

A special screening at the Christmas in the Park at Blake Park in Mount Maunganui will also be held.

Seven movies will also be screened at Mt Drury.

The $10,000 would assist in licensing fees, electricity and transport.
