At Trevelyan's Pack and Cool Ltd, people are at the heart of everything we do. We're seeking a new team member to contribute to our fantastic culture and support our team, growers and contractors.

We operate five packhouses and 35 coolstoresfor kiwifruit, avocados and feijoas on our 20ha site in Te Puke.

For us, packing and storing fruit is personal. With 170 permanent
staff, we welcome up to 1,500 other staff
from 45 different nationalities during kiwifruit
harvest season.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone
looking for a challenge to join our team.

You will take a leading role in the ongoing
management, development, implementation
and enhancement of safety systems, initiatives
and H&S compliance processes.
This is a key role requiring an experienced, energetic,
people person who will fit with the culture of
our company.

You'll have:
Exceptional leadership qualities
A passion for people and keeping them safe and well at work
Great communication and coaching abilities
Self-motivation, energy and commitment
Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety;
legislation, guidance and standards
Experience in the field and in contractor
management.

You'll be:
Self-aware, pro-active and resilient
Keen and adaptable to work in our highpace,
high-volume environment
A great team player
Flexible with days and hours of work during
our peak harvest season.
