Greerton bank robber still on the run

Police are working through a "strong list of suspects" as they seek to identify the person who robbed the ANZ bank in Greerton last week but still want to hear from members of the public.

Detective Sergeant Darryl Brazier said police had received some good information from the public since a CCTV image of the robber was made public.

"We have strong list of suspects from the Waikato, Rotorua and Tauranga and are working through that list but we are still want to hear from anyone else who hasn't already come forward who can help us positively identify this person. Someone must know who they are."
