City-based manager for festival

Tauranga's Jo Bond has been named as the general manager of the Tauranga Arts Festival.
Wellington-based Philip Tremewan, who directed the previous three festivals, has stepped down as festival director.
That role will be filled by previous associate director Greg Latham, of Christchurch.
The role of general manager has been created for Ms Bond, who was previously the festival's administration manager.
