Car flips on Tauranga road

No one is believed to have been hurt in a crash that involved a car flipping in Tauranga.

Police were called to the crash on Waihi Rd at 2.10pm after being alerted to a car that had flipped.

A police communications spokeswoman said the vehicle was not blocking the road and although ambulance staff were advised, no one was believed to have been badly hurt.

A tow truck had been called to remove the car, she said.
