Body language expert Steph Holloway shares secrets to attraction.

What's the number-one question a body language specialist gets asked? We were intrigued, so we asked Steph Holloway, who has been travelling New Zealand since 2013 with her Say it Out Loud body language decoding workshop.

"The number-one question I get asked, without doubt, is, 'Could knowing about body language help me attract love?' A close second would be, 'Could body language help me reconnect with my partner?'"

The answer to both questions is a resounding "yes", according to Steph. In fact, she is so convinced that being able to recognise and decode body language could help you speak the language of love, she has designed an attraction-specific body language course called Yes to Love, which she is launching in the Bay.

"Body language is the super power where no undies on the outside are necessary, just a watchful eye, and a desire to connect with people like you never have before," says Steph.

"Only 7 per cent of what we communicate is verbal. The other 93 per cent is where the magic really lies - in non-verbal communication. If you're continually asking yourself, 'What's the problem with me', you're asking the wrong question."

Yes to Love is her latest offering and it looks set to attract a raving fan base.

So how do you know if someone is attracted to you? How will they know you are attracted to them? How can you ensure the object of your desire understands your intentions? How can you safeguard relationships so they last?

These are all questions that are addressed in Yes to Love - this course is for men and women who would like a deeper understanding of what you are seeing - and more importantly - what you are missing.

So what are some of the signs that somebody fancies you? Here's some insider information we got Steph to dish up for our readers:

*Look for a longer gaze - it all starts in the eyes. The average time someone looks at you is 4.5 seconds. If someone looks at you for longer - up to 8.2 seconds - you may have just met Ms or Mr Right.

*Look down - the feet always tell you where they want to be. If their feet are in a V they are welcoming you in, if one foot is out towards you, even better.

*A tilt of the head is a good sign

*A touch of the chin means thoughtfulness.

Yes to Love is being launched here in the Bay of Plenty on Sunday, April 3 at Box Park event centre, 10am-12pm. Tickets are $20 - limited places available, bookings essential.

For more info, go to www.elementalpotential.com. Book through Eventfinder on Yes to Love.
