Seeka Kiwifruit Industries have reaped a whopping profit this year.
Seeka Kiwifruit Industries has announced an audited profit after tax of $4.27 million for the year ending 31 December, 2015, well above its guidance range of between $2.96 million and $3.53 million.
The after tax profit was up 34.8 per cent on the previous year's result of $3.17 million.
The Te Puke-based, NZX-listed company reported a profit before tax of $5.25 million (up 23 per cent) on total revenues of $142.11 million in total revenue (up 22.9 per cent).
Seeka announced a fully imputed final dividend of $0.10 per share, bringing the total for the year to $0.19, compared to $0.16 for the previous corresponding 12 months.
