Te Awamutu Health Coach Maria Spanbroek says her aim is to help people feel better.
"I take care and time to listen to the concerns and challenges in a person's life and work with them to tailor a solution.
"As a health coach I support a person's emotional fitness and give recommendations to improve their physical health.
"I respect the choices people make and try to provide an affordable way to achieve a happier and healthier life."
Miss Spanbroek has been helping people improve their health for over 14 years and is passionate about supporting her clients.
"I use my ability to uplift and motivate, combined with an honest, trustworthy approach and a little humour, to achieve a positive outcome."
She now has a base to do that - in her 'Positive Health' premises opposite Fresh Choice on Jacobs Street.
"I'm thrilled to be back in Te Awamutu, in lovely rooms that cater for consultations and seminars.
"Consultations have been structured in such a way to suit anyone's budget and products sourced for clients are below the cost of retail.
"I can provide a wide range of supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies, body care and health foods.
"My aim at Positive Health is to help people be well and stay well. "I do as much as I can to support and educate anyone who would like to improve their health and wellbeing."
Positive Health workshops and seminars will be run on a regular basis (watch the Te Awamutu Courier for further details).
