Nehe Milner-Skudder is the main casualty from the Hurricanes' first win of the Super Rugby season

The All Blacks winger has dislocated his shoulder in the 23-19 win over the Blues tonight.

After making an impact by setting up TJ Perenara's try with a deft kick, Milner-Skudder went down on his left shoulder early in the second half, having to leave the field.

As it happened: Hurricanes beat Blues in nail-biter

The 25-year-old had earlier missed the match against the Highlanders with a knee injury.

"We'll have to wait and see what the diagnosis is on that but he certainly won't be playing in Palmerston next week," said Hurricanes coach Chris Boyd.

Fellow All Blacks star Julian Savea was also forced to leave the field but did not sustain a serious injury, while Brad Shields has a badly lacerated thumb.

Reggie Goodes and Leni Apasai were also treated for concussions.
