The Black Sticks Women will play their first tests of the year on home soil against Canada in Hamilton this Easter weekend.

The Kiwis host the Canadians at the Gallagher Hockey Centre on Sunday March 27 and Monday March 28 with both tests at 3pm.

It will be a timely hit-out for the Black Sticks leading into the Hawke's Bay Cup from April 2-10, with teams for both series to be named next month.
