Prospective buyers looking for a unique property in Auckland have been offered the chance to buy a house allegedly used to for manufacturing methamphetamine.

The Te Atatu South property has been listed as "P House" on Trade Me, and comes complete with a pool.

It also has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

While the listing description acknowledges some buyers may take issue with the home, it issues a challenge to hopefuls wanting to make an investment of the "1960's cedar clad home".

"Yes this does have issues, but the upside is an opportunity to increase value making it a sure winner for the astute," the listing stated.
