The leader of the Tribal Huk gang Jamie Pink is sporting a new glass eye as he prepares to continue his fight through court.

Pink, whose new glass eye is aptly coloured yellow and black, the same colours of his Tribal Huk gang, reappeared in the Hamilton District Court this afternoonand entered a guilty plea to two charges of unlawful possession of a firearm through his lawyer Roger Laybourn.

However, he will fight a charge of possessing an offensive weapon; a studded baseball bat that was found after his car was searched by police.

Pink, whose full name is Allan James Pink, was stopped by police in Hamilton in November and his car searched and the studded baseball bat was found.

He was remanded on bail for a judge-alone trial in April, while he will be sentenced on the two possession charges in June.

Pink and his gang have been on a vigilante crusade to rid Ngaruawahia of methamphetamine in recent months.

The Huks also make sandwiches for about 1000 needy school children.
