A woman alleged to have helped her partner to kill himself has pleaded guilty to a charge of belonging to a suicide pact.
Karen Robson, 47, was to stand trial today at the High Court at Auckland.
However, her lawyer David Nevin told APNZ that she had pleaded guilty to the charge.
According to the Crimes Act, the charge has a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
The court has previously been told that Robson and Glenn Bernard Paterson, 45, had made an agreement to commit suicide in September last year.
