West Auckland man found safe

A man reported missing from his West Auckland home has been found safe and well in Whangarei, police say.

Ross Victor Robertshaw, a 29-year-old student, had last been seen by his flatmate about 8.15am yesterday when he drove off from his Burton Road, Swanson home.

His disappearance was out of character and police were concerned for his safety.

Sergeant Grant Watson this morning said Mr Robertshaw was found in Whangarei last night.
