Avid chefs and amateur cooks alike can learn from the best during three, free masterclass sessions at Hawke's Bay's Food and Wine Classic.
Masterchef judge Ray McVinnie and fellow foodies Julie Biuso, Nici Wickes and Michelin-star chef Roger Jones from the UK, will demonstrate their skills in the F.A.W.C! Electrolux Kitchen at Napier MTG on Saturday, November 1.
The masterclasses are hosted by Napier City Council and will showcase the very best of local food and wine during informative 45-minute sessions.
Classes are bound to leave participants flush with tips and tricks to take home, but people must book to avoid disappointment.
Details about the event were released on the F.A.W.C! website, yesterday.
"It's really first in, first served so it's important to register early," general manager of Hawke's Bay Tourism Annie Dundas said.
It also paid to get in quick for the 48 other inventive offerings still available. With just over a month from the launch, 12 events have sold out, with many more close to capacity.
"We are nearly halfway with ticket sales," Ms Dundas said.
Now in its third year, the word about F.A.W.C! was spreading throughout New Zealand and further afield, with people travelling from as far away as California.
The Summer Series runs across 10 days from Friday, October 31, starting with the ultimate "boot party" launch at Craggy Range and finishing on Sunday, November 9.
