The Black Keys are gearing up to release their eighth album.

The Black Keys have unveiled the first song from their upcoming eighth album, a mellow, synth-heavy track called Fever.

It's the first single from the Akron duo's new 11-track album Turn Blue, due out on May 13. It's the first release since 2011's El Camino.

The album was announced through a tweet that included a link to a creepy YouTube video from Mike Tyson's Twitter account last week.

Fever is a more subtle track than fans of the blues-rock duo may be used to, possibly indicating a change of direction for the DangerMouse-produced album.
