10.25am: A car has crashed through a fence in central Tauranga, creating traffic build up on one of the city's busiest streets.
The 4WD left the road where 11th Ave meets with Fraser st, crashing through a metal safety fence and into a power pole.
Emergency services are at the scene, partially blocking the south-bound lane.
A reporter at the scene said traffic was still flowing.
No one appeared to be seriously hurt.
The crash follows a three-car collision at Pyes Pa earlier today.
Earlier: Reports are coming in of a multiple car crash in Pyes Pa this morning.
The three-car collision happened about 8.10am just south of the State Highway 29 and Cameron Rd intersection, known as Barkes Corner.
It is understood the crash is blocking at least one lane.
