They're twins, they're a team and they have goals loftier than their height.
Meet the Piercey twins, Sam and Luke, from Wellington, 16, and 1.9m (6ft 4in) tall.
They are the standout act at the junior open tennis tournament at the Wanganui club this week - for obvious reasons. Sam and Luke have been a double - as in tennis - since aged seven when mum bought them a racket. Mum probably thought the fridge needed a rest as they were tall for their age then too.
They tried cricket and soccer - as teammates of course - but tennis won hands down.
They've proved to be pretty good at it too, this year winning the national 16s doubles title.
Their dream is to mirror the performances of America's Bryan brothers, who are something of a sideshow hit on the pro doubles circuit.
"That's something to strive for," said Sam yesterday. As you would expect, it's a dream of Luke's too. Brothers who play together get paid together ...
Sam reckons they have stopped growing - mum and their rivals will be pleased about that. But they still come up short when it comes to tennis tallness - it takes 6ft 10in (2.06m) of tape to reach the top of American John Isner's head.
Both have big feet too - Sam takes a size 13, while Luke fits snuggly into an 11 and a-half.
And if this tennis thing doesn't work out, they have a back-up plan involving their liking for numbers.
Game, set and maths perhaps.
