United captain Andrew McCaa said having learned two weeks ago they won't play the defaulting Collegiate next week, everyone had geared themselves up to make an emphatic performance.
"That's what we needed to do get them, roll them and get the runs."
McCaa said the pitch had suited Walker to a tee hitting the track well when bowling and swinging through to find the boundary with the bat.
Saracens captain Dominic Rayner said Walker had punished them, as his team still had to meet the steep learning curve of batting on an artificial track.
It proved an easier pitch to bat on later in the day, while his side struggled to bowl the proper length, he said.
Ollie Gordon was the visitor's best with the bat, making 58, while Dan Ford (34) and Sam Kilmister (30) had the next best contributions.
In the other Premier 1 game, Collegiate and Marist played out a low-scoring thriller with the college team surviving the run chase by a solitary run.
