Save Fire and Emergency crews were called to a Ruapehu address after an early morning fire broke out.
Emergency services were alerted to a garage fire in the Manunui area at 3am on Monday.
Two fire engines from Manunui were sent to the address, extinguishing the blaze in just over an
hour.
A Fire and Emergency spokesperson said a fire investigator was looking into the cause.
