Renowned New Zealand painters Mike and Richard Ponder are in town to host a fundraising exhibition for Hospice Whanganui.
The brothers have been professional artists for more than 40 years but now, in semi-retirement mode, they host three exhibitions around the country each year to raise money for Hospice.
"In three years they've raised $145,000 with money returned to Hospice in the area it was collected," Mike said.
"We've decided to keep going until we've got to the magic $250,000 mark
"We're committed to the Hospice and that's the way it'll stay. We both think it's a very worthwhile thing to be involved in."
