Name suppression has been lifted for the man accused of murdering Wanganui man Brett Hall.
David Owen Lyttle, 49, has pleaded not guilty to the charge of murder, which was laid in June.
Justice Simon France lifted name suppression, but the summary of facts is suppressed.
Mr Hall disappeared three years ago. He was last seen at his Pitangi property on the Whanganui River on May 27, 2011, and his body has never been found.
Lyttle, who is represented by Palmerston North lawyer Steve Winter, will reappear in the High Court at Whanganui on October 20 for case review.
