One person is in critical condition in hospital after a serious crash involving a car and a motorcycle just south of Morrinsville this evening.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Morrinsville-Walton Rd and Eynon Rd/Kuranui Rd in the Waikato region about 7.50pm.

John said one person was taken to Waikato Hospital in a critical condition.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and expect delays, as diversions have been put in place.
The Serious Crash Unit will be investigating the incident.
