The Classic Hits Winery Tour 2013 will end at Hamilton's Mystery Creek on March 3.
The tour is headlined by the Wellington-based, seven-piece masters of dub, reggae, soul and RnB, Fat Freddy's Drop.
They are joined by the Anika Boh and Hollie and The Adults, featuring Jon Toogood, Julia Deans and Shayne Carter.
Now in its seventh year, the tour presents 17 shows across 16 outdoor venues from Tutukaka to Dunedin, including the tour's 100th show - a milestone that will be celebrated at Black Barn Vineyards in Havelock North on February 8.
Since emerging in 1999, Fat Freddy's Drop has carved a place in New Zealand music lore, producing the highest selling album by an independent artist (2005's Based On A True Story), a slew of RIANZ Tui Awards and legendary performances at festivals, including Glastonbury, SONAR, Bestival, WOMAD, Lowlands, DEMF and Roskilde.
With a third studio album, Blackbird, due for release this month, Fat Freddy's Drop will bring something special to the event.
Fresh from their inaugural tour as Anika Boh and Hollie, the three women have shown they are a musical force.
Completing the three-band line are The Adults with Shihad's Jon Toogood at the helm. He is joined by Fur Patrol's Deans and Dimmer's Carter. The Adults' debut album received two finalist nods at this year's RIANZ New Zealand music awards (album and single of the year) and their powerful live performances will kick off the show in some style.
