Crisp winter days in The Tron. A little bit of sunshine - and a reprieve from the rain - puts people in a good mood.

Phoning to ask where the lightbulbs (pictured) are that we ordered from an internet-based business and paid for a week ago and in between the customer service guy (and we use the term service loosely) saying "nah, we haven't got them in stock" and "dunno when they're due in" he burps in our ear. Revolting.
