Police say a missing Hamilton teen has been found “safe and well”.

The 13-year-old had been missing since Monday afternoon.

According to an earlier police statement, it was believed she may have gotten into a white Suzuki Swift.

Police and her family had concerns for her wellbeing.

On Tuesday afternoon police said she has been found “safe and well”.
