LJ Hooker Te Awamutu has been recognised for its excellence at the company's national award ceremony.
The annual ceremony honoured the top LJ Hooker performers across New Zealand, and Te Awamutu's local real estate agency celebrated numerous accolades.
It claimed third place for customer service excellence and local owner KenHagan was inducted into the 21 club, which acknowledged the 21 years he has been with LJ Hooker. Ken has been in the real estate business for 30 years.
LJ Hooker Te Awamutu manager Tanya Hollobon said it has been a year of success for her team, especially as they currently rank in the top 20 offices internationally.
Residential agent Sonia Furniss requalified for the 500 Club award.
Sonia acknowledged licensed salesperson Tania Ruki as a part of her team.
"She has had almost 15 years of experience with LJ Hooker and has been ranked in the Captains Club," she said.
Tanya Hollobon commended Sonia on her achievements.
"For Sonia to have achieved the 500 Club within three and a half years of being in the business, that is outstanding," she said.
Recipients Pamela Thackray and Mark Weal also requalified for the Captain Club award, which is given to those who are ranked in the top 10 per cent of sales people in New Zealand.
Rural and lifestyle consultant Mark Weal said it is nice to be requalified for the award.
"It is good to know I haven't dropped the peg. I know it is now about improving and staying motivated too," he said.
The team celebrated their winnings with a simple morning tea after their sales meeting and each recipient received flowers.
This year due to Covid-19 the ceremony was held virtually.
