One person taken to hospital after truck and ute collide in Twyford, Hawke's Bay

One person has been transported to Hawke's Bay Hospital with moderate injuries following a collision between a truck and a ute in Twyford.

Police were notified of the crash on Omahu Rd, between the cross roads of Chatham Rd and Barnes Place, at 10.17am on Monday.

One ambulance transported one patient to the hospital.

There were no road blockages and no other injuries.
