Emergency services are attending a crash in Napier involving a logging truck and another vehicle.
It's understood at least one motorist is trapped.
A police spokeswoman said they were called to the incident in the northbound lane before the new interchange on the Hawke's Bay Expressway in Westshore at 1.30pm.
