There have been some good old fashioned ding-dongs between Northland and Bay of Plenty and Thursday's ITM Cup clash at Toll Stadium should be no exception.
Northland, who have won two from four matches, head into the match against the premiership leaders without two key players - skipper Jared Payne and Rene
Ranger.
Payne injured his hip in Northland's match against Taranaki a week and a half ago, while Ranger suffered a kidney laceration on Saturday, during Northland's home game against Otago.
