Armed police raided a methamphetamine lab at a property in Taipuha Rd at Waiotira, between Whangarei and Paparoa, in a series of busts resulting in 14 arrests on December 16.
No one was found at the house during the early morning raid but police believe at least $3 million of methamphetamine had been "cooked" there.
Police believe the property was bought to set up the factory-style laboratory for the large-scale manufacture of methamphetamine.
Justice Susan Thomas asked Crown solicitor Mike Smith his position on the possibility that Green could be sentenced to home detention.
Mr Smith said he expected the final sentence to be outside the range for home detention but said, given the fact Green pleaded guilty, she may come within the range for a non-custodial sentence.
The judge has ordered a pre-sentence report and said there was no indication of the outcome.
Green applied for bail but it was rejected and she was remanded in custody for sentencing on April 28.
