The Whangarei-based Women's International Newcomers Group (WINGS) is seeking out individuals who are in the business of pampering to join them for an upcoming fundraising event.

Although the annual WINGS Pamper Day Fundraiser at Forum North will not take place until October 17, those offering health and beauty services are being asked to get in touch and grab a stall.

Featuring everything from massages, facials and manicures, to henna tattooing, threading, nutrition and yoga. Tickets for the event are already on sale for $10 and available at the WINGS office in the Whangarei Migrant Centre in the Town Hall. Raffle prize donations from businesses are also being sought by the WINGS team.

WINGS is a non-profit organisation which helps women from different towns and countries to settle into the Whangarei community. The group holds meetings on the first Wednesday of every month at Whangarei Women's Club at 8 Rust Ave.
