Waitomo Paihia, a single 1012sq m title at 140 Marsden Rd, Paihia, is subleased to Hamilton-based Waitomo Energy. It's on the market along with service stations in
Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Manawatu, Taranaki, Wairarapa, Christchurch, Blenheim, South Canterbury, Otago and Southland.
Kerikeri comedy club

Bee hive dispute settled
Armed police responded to reports that shots had been fired in the Mangamuka area earlier this week, in the course of a dispute over the location of a company's bee hives. Police were subsequently satisfied that no firearms had been involved. The company subsequently removed its hives.
