Vacancy 035/2015 Primary Mental Health Care Co-ordinator (1 FTE)
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with extensive Mental Health background to
fill a 'leading edge' position in primary health care. This position will be based within Hauora Whanui, Kawakawa and will involve working closely with the General Practice staff within Te Tai Tokerau PHO (Mid North area). The focus will be on enhancing the ability to care for clients/whanau experiencing mild-moderate mental health issues in Primary Health care.
You will be joining a professional and innovative team, and you will be well supported in this role, which will have the potential to make a significant difference to individuals, whanau and the Mid North community.
