Vacancy 070/2015 Kaimahi (Navigator), Kawakawa and Whangarei
The Kaimahi (Navigator) is a dynamic and inspirational worker that focuses on motivating Whānau to achieve
their self-directed outcomes. This involves a multitude of skills ranging from effective Whānau-centric
communication through to Life and Skills Coaching, Negotiation, Aspirational Planning and partnered
Whānau Change Management
The ideal applicant will have previous experience in either health, disabilities, education, training or social services.
Possessing excellent Microsoft Office skills; exceptional time management, organisational skills; impeccable personal
presentation and be approachable.
This is a full time role (40 hours per week).
