Marine based electrical company in local Whangarei yard seeks resourceful and experienced industrial or marine electrician to operate as a leadership (foreman) role in this area.
Support is provided from other staff and management of the company whom are all experienced Industrial and marine electricians too.
A good level of physical fitness
is required as this is still a 'hands on' 'on the tools' role as well.
The candidate will have good communication skills with good local knowledge of the area.
Standard hours are 40 per week with overtime paid. (by negotiation) This is a yard based role however reimbursement for travel during work hours is provided. Other attractive allowances are available for projects and situations.
Training is available in applicable areas to help with knowledge growth. The opportunity to grow this branch of the busy electrical company may be of interest to the successful candidate. Current practicing licence essential.
