After raising the bar again against Claudelands, Baddeley said his players are looking to channel this mental drive into their 10 remaining games.
"Funnily enough, it was very similar to last week against Fencibles but this time around we were the ones who grabbed the two opening goals," he said.
"Even now we're sitting down talking about how we can keep that going for 10 more games."
Scoring two goals inside the opening 15 minutes of the match put North Force in a commanding position early on.
Craig Oldridge - a former Claudelands player - performed well against his old club and had no intentions of taking the game lightly.
Leading from the front, captain Scott Burgess had a stunner and managed to put two goals in the net. Other scorers were Andrew Dunn, Craig Oldridge and Steve Schimmel.
"[We] just played really really well for 90 minutes, [with] really great shape and the intensity was there - it's their best performance of the season," Baddeley said.
The last time North Force met Claudelands was in round one in Whangarei. It was North Force who came out on top of that one 4-0 but Saturday's victory has drawn the blueprint for the back half of the season.
North Force are fourth while their Reserves are third after beating Western Springs 3-2.
